Originally in the 1991 cookbook
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
- Combine all ingredients. Shape mixture by level tablespoons into 1 inch meatballs.
- Arrange in single layer in large unheated skillet.
- Set over medium heat and brown, loosening and turning with spatula as necessary.
