Susan’s Waffles

Originally in the 2005 cookbook

1 3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into center of heated griddle.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 3-4 waffles.

Notes
To keep waffles warm, arrange in a single layer on a wire rack. Set the rack on top of a baking sheet and place in a oven heated to 300 degrees F degrees.
