Originally in the 1994 cookbook
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
– poultry seasoning, to taste
2 tsp paprika
– onion powder, to taste
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash chicken pieces and dip in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, and onion powder.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Mix chicken soup, milk, and poultry season. Spread over top of chicken. Bake 20 minutes longer and serve over rice, noodles or with potatoes.
