Originally in the 2005 cookbook
1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg (11 oz) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 pkg (16oz) miniature marshmallows
1 cup nuts (optional)
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter on medium-high power for 2 minutes; stir.
- Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Cool for 1 minute. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts.
- Spread into a foil-lined 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into squares.
Yield: 4 dozen.
